Step 1: Free On-Site Estimate
Every project starts with a visit to your South Florida home or business. We bring samples of our upholstered and polyurethane panels so you can see textures, colors, and finishes in your actual lighting conditions. We'll measure the wall, discuss your vision, and give you a detailed estimate — no obligation, no pressure.
During this visit, we also assess the wall surface. Smooth drywall is ideal, but we can work with minor imperfections common in Florida homes. We'll let you know upfront if any wall prep is needed before installation.
Step 2: Custom Design and Material Selection
Once you decide to move forward, we finalize the design. This includes panel dimensions, layout patterns, and material selection. For upholstered panels, you'll choose the fabric, foam density, and tufting style. For polyurethane panels, you'll select the color, finish, and surface texture — with options especially suited for Florida's humid climate.
We create a detailed layout map showing exactly where each panel will go. This eliminates surprises and ensures every piece fits perfectly on installation day.
Step 3: Panel Production
Here's where the magic happens. Each panel is custom-made in our workshop. Upholstered panels are built on a plywood frame with high-density foam, then carefully wrapped in your chosen fabric. Polyurethane panels are molded and finished with precision. Production typically takes 2 to 3 weeks depending on order size and material availability.
We quality-check every panel before it leaves our workshop. If anything doesn't meet our standards, we remake it.
Step 4: Installation Day
On installation day, our crew arrives with all panels, tools, and hardware. For most residential projects, installation takes one day. Larger commercial jobs or multi-room residential projects may take two to three days.
We protect your floors and furniture with drop cloths. The wall is cleaned and prepped. Panels are mounted using a combination of adhesive and mechanical fasteners depending on wall type and panel weight. We work methodically, following the layout map to ensure every panel is perfectly aligned and level.
Step 5: Final Inspection and Cleanup
Once all panels are installed, we walk through the entire wall with you. We check for any alignment issues, ensure all edges are clean, and confirm the overall look matches your expectations. Then we clean up thoroughly — we leave your space cleaner than we found it.
How to Prepare Your Space
To make installation day smooth, we recommend moving furniture at least 3 feet away from the wall. Remove wall decorations, mirrors, and shelving. If you have delicate flooring near the wall, consider covering it. And don't worry — we'll handle all the heavy lifting and wall prep.
Common Questions About Installation
Do you work on textured walls? We prefer smooth drywall, but we can install over lightly textured walls. Deep texture or popcorn ceilings may need smoothing first.
Can panels be removed later? Yes, but removal depends on the mounting method. Adhesive-only panels may require wall repair afterward. Panels using a combination of adhesive and fasteners are easier to remove with minimal wall damage.
Is there a warranty? Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on installation and workmanship. Material defects are covered by manufacturer warranties.
